Homes for Life Foundation partnered with NationalCORE to develop affordable housing for seniors, where a percentage served are seniors with mental illness.  A  qualified  case manager also meets with  residents to assist them with accessing community resources to meet individual program needs.

The 62 one-bedroom units are located in Los Angeles, California. They also have a secured entry, and are fully furnished, with  living / dining , full kitchen, bath, private patio / outside storage area and marked parking.  A wide range of services are provided and coordinated for seniors who live here.
