HFL Van Nuys Apartments is a new construction, 15 unit apartment building for residents who who are able to live in an independent living environment with supportive services.  This development is located in Van Nuys, California, and opened its doors on January 16, 2006

The apartments are fully furnished one bedroom, living / dining area, full kitchen and bath.  There’s a secured entry, visitor’s lounge, community / activity room, laundry, rooftop garden area, outdoor landscaped area, and marked parking.

Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.  Residents are responsible for their own phones and utilities.

A part-time residential manager is responsible for routine maintenance.  Qualified case managers meet with residents and assist them with locating community resources to meet individual program needs.
