HFLF Van Nuys Apartments is a HUD-811 building located in Van Nuys near Victory Boulevard and Woodman Avenue.  

The 15-unit apartment building provides 14 formerly homeless mentally disabled adults with permanent housing.  The apartments are fully furnished and feature one bedroom, living/dining area, full kitchen and bath.  There's a secured entry, community/activity room, laundry, rooftop garden area and marked parking.  

Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent and are also responsible for their own phones and utilities.

A part-time residential manager collects rents and oversees routine maintenance at the site. Qualified case managers meet with residents at HFLF Van Nuys and assist them  with locating community resources to meet their individual program needs.
