HFL Garden Villa Homes is a new construction, 25 unit apartment building for residents who are able to live in an independent living environment with supportive services.  This development is located in North Hollywood, California, and opened its doors on November 1, 1998.  

The apartments are fully furnished one bedroom, living / dining area, full kitchen and bath.  There’s a secured entry, underground parking, reading / TV room, community / activity room, laundry, landscaped garden patio and roof top patio area.

Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.  Residents are responsible for their own phones and utilities.

A full-time residential manager is responsible for routine maintenance.  Qualified case managers meet with residents and assist them with locating community resources to meet individual program needs.
