HFLF Ashtabula Homes is a new construction, HUD-811 one-bedroom apartment complex in Pasadena located near Los Robles Avenue and Orange Grove Boulevard.  

HFLF Ashtabula Homes opened on October 15, 2003, providing 20 formerly homeless individuals with permanent housing. These apartments are fully furnished, featuring one bedroom, living/dining area, full kitchen and bath.    There's a secured entry, visitor's lounge, community/activity room, laundry, landscaped garden area, and marked parking.  

Residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.  Tenants are responsible for their own phone and utilities.

A part-time residential manager is responsible for routine maintenance. Qualified case managers meet with residents at HFLF Ashtabula Homes and assist residents with locating community resources to meet individual program needs.
